Shipping policy

For Local Orders in Hong Kong

Orders are shipped via SF Express by default. All orders will be shipped out within 7 working days after payment.

We also provide local pickup at our shop in Sai Ying Pun.

 

For International Orders

Orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post (E-Express). All orders will be shipped out within 7 working days after payment.

Delivery times varies depending on the destination, and may range up to 14 working days. For more precise transit times, please visit Hong Kong Post's Postage Calculator.

Internatioanl customers are responsible for Import Duties, Customs taxes and/or any additional fees imposed by the destination country.

If a parcel is rejected or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will bear the return shipping cost and any associated fees.

Certain countries have restrictions on importing coffee or food products. Customers should check local import regulations before placing an order. Stone Coffee is not responsible for orders held or rejected by customs.
